Medical Insurance
Washington College offers all full-time employees and their dependents medical and prescription insurance. Three health care plans are available. The premium is shared by the employee and the College. The employee portion is a pre-tax payroll deduction. The prescription drug plan is the same for all three plans and includes a mail-order program for maintenance drugs.
The employee may choose not to participate in the Washington College plans, if they provide evidence of insurance coverage.
